He has cheated with many students and consultants in The name of Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur. He has taken amount from students in the name of admission in the University and not deposited a single penny in the university and closed his office and ran away from Jaipur. Students admission got cancelled and their career has been spoiled. He has not paid salary to his staff also. His team mates who are involved in this fraud are Mr. Rafat Khan, Mr. Akash Kumar. He has issued fake receipts of the University to the students but on verification the receipts were found fake. University officials have asked Rizwan many times to come and resolve this issue but he is not responding to them. He is not refunding the amount and not even picks the call."
